Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training and record keeping purposes, where permitted by law. If you do not want a call recorded, do not use the tracked number and contact us by email at JayPeak1425@gmail.com instead.

By submitting a form or calling, you consent to being contacted by us and by referred contractors at the contact details you provide, including by automated dialing or prerecorded message where permitted. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies, analytics and automatically collected information

Like most websites, this site may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page and the date and time of your visit.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Deletion requests and your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted, to correct it, or to stop contacting you. Email JayPeak1425@gmail.com with the request and enough detail for us to locate your record. Note that if your information has already been shared with a contractor, you will need to contact that contractor separately to ask them to delete their copy.

Your rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act

• Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access that data.
• Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
• Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you.
